Returns & terms of sale Policy

All our items are custom made to order, so we don't accept "change of mind" returns.

However you have 3 days to inform us that your product has arrived with faults, which make it unable to be used.

Damages (in transit only) -

Wool pompoms may flatten in transit, you can resolve this by gently running your fingers through them.

We will make all resonable effort to make sure there are no lose threads. However if we happen to miss one or two we politly ask you to trim the thread with scissors. We do not recomend pulling them out as this can destroy the poms.

The wire frames may bend slightly in transit, if this happens, place the product on a falt surface and gently press down to alter the shape.

However if your choosen creation arrives damaged and cannot be resonablly be repaired by using the above suggestions, then please inform us within 3 days and we will disscuss a replacement. We will discuss each case individually and may require you to send us a photograph of the damaged products. This is not to provide proof, but rather to help us to see how the damage has been caused in transit so we can improve our customer service in the future.

Creations which do not last a resonable length of time -

We belive our creations will last atleast 3 months if stored and cared for correctly. These creations are for decoration only and should not be used as a toy. We cannot take responsibility for pet damage or willfull damage. If your poms shed excesively and cannot resonably be trimmed with scissors, and this damage cannot be explained by customer use. Then please contact us and we will disscuss options for you. We may require photographs. We cannot accept resoponsibility for damage noticed beyond 3 months.

Customers are reminded that paper and card embelishments are not sutible for outdoor use. We are unable to replace damage by accident, rain or weather. Colours may fade in strong sunlight and poms should be wiped clean only. Do not pull out lose threads as this can damage the poms, please trim lose threads with scissors.

Design your own orders -

When using our design your own form we will contact you to confirm your order and where possible we will include an image of a "mock up" design.

You will have 24 hours in which to tell us of changes of mind. After which time we will ask you to confirm your order and let us know whether to proceed. We will send a link requesting for payment (through shopify as a voucher) at this point, we will assume your payment is proof you are happy to continue with your purchase.

Unconfirmed or unpaid for orders will not be processed.

Once you have confirmed you are ready to proceed we will begin making your custom order, after which we cannot allow changes to your design.

Our wool colour photographs are for referance only, if you are custom making your creation we are ask you to bear this in mind when choosing your colours.

If you are unhappy with your custom made creation you can contact us and we will be happy to attempt to resovle the problem.

We cannot accept returns once the creations had been exposed to ciggarette smoke or pet hair.

Customers must make a resonable effort to return the product in the original condition and packaging.
