This group is a place for those who are crafting for the benefit of their health and wellbeing.

I am not a therapist and do not claim to be. But I do have a qualification in arts for health and wellbeing. And a strong belief that any creative activity can benefit our health and wellbeing.

Within this group we consider all creative tasks to be craft. So you may say this isn't for me as I don't craft. But you may bake, sing, dance, play an instrument, garden, decorate, write.
